Terms and Conditions

1. No smoking in the rooms.
2. No eating or drinking in rooms, other than those provided.
3. Check-in between 1pm – 7pm. Please call if you are delayed. Late arrivals may lose their room and their deposit.
4. Check-out time 10am.
5. ID is required.
6. Deposit required. Bookings will not be confirmed without a deposit, which can be paid with a credit card over the phone, by cheque or postal order through the post. Do not send cash through the post.
7. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 1 day prior to your booking. You will lose your deposit if you cancel after this time.
8. Enforcement of these terms are at the sole discretion of Chatley Court, and may be changed at any time without notice.
